FYI, this story is more than a year old

Compuware is gearing up to host an event in Wellington that features input from the University of Auckland.

“Cloud computing, virtualisation and web 2.0 lead the list of IT’s priorities, but at the same time, IT must fulfil its primary mission of delivering high-quality business application services to end users

wherever they are located, regardless of costs. With business revenues increasingly driven through online presence and applications increasing in complexity, this mission seems harder than ever to accomplish,” reads the official line.

Keynote speakers include Tim Chaffe, Enterprise Architect,The University of Auckland, who will discuss how the University of Auckland is leveraging application performance management to help with its virtualisation and cloud sourcing strategies.

Rafi Katanasho, Global Solution Director, Compuware, will also outline the challenges of today’s IT environments.

The event is due to be held on Wednesday, September 8th, 12:30pm - 2:00pm (lunch provided) at the InterContinental Hotel in Wellington.
