FYI, this story is more than a year old

Chorus New Zealand Head of Industry Relations Craig Young was today named as the new CEO of the Telecommunications Users Association of New Zealand.

Following six years with Chorus, Chorus CEO Mark Ratcliffe has announced his support for Young's move, wishing him every success.

“Craig’s vision and experience and his naturally collaborative style make him a real asset to the telecommunications industry and I have no doubt he will do great things in his new role,” he says.

Young says he is keen to build on the industry relations and awareness work he has been involved in at Chorus.

“I’m keen to continue to raise awareness of how the developments in telecommunications can add to the lives of all New Zealanders at work and at home,” he says.

Young is due to finish his role with Chorus in early September, before beginning work with TUANZ on October 13.
