First local cloud solution for Microsoft CRM 2011
Fri, 13th May 2011
FYI, this story is more than a year old

The company that hosted New Zealand's first Microsoft telephony solution in 2009 is striking again in the CRM field.

MHA Cloud Computing is an Auckland based cloud hosting specialist and is in the process of launching New Zealand’s first locally hosting Microsoft CRM 2011 solution.

In light of  the IRD's recent concerns surrounding off-shore hosting for businesses, solutions like MHA's are gaining traction.

"Our offering is unique in New Zealand. To the best of our knowledge, not even Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online can be integrated to the level that MHA can,” said MHA director Paul O’Brien.

MHA will be following the Microsoft model and offering CRM 2011 at an introductory rate to new customers for the first 12 months. Existing CRM 4 customers who wish to move to CRM 2011 are able to do so, however MHA recommends a full scoping session to avoid any migration and customisation issues.

"We have already migrated our own comprehensive CRM solution which fully automates our business. We were advised that the changeover would be seamless however this was not the case and we did come up against a few issues. We now understand these issues and can seamlessly migrate from CRM4 to CRM 2011, something that seems to be up in the air in the Online world,” said O’Brien.

MHA have also perfected the construction of Microsoft’s SharePoint 2010, Exchange 2010 and Lync products as hosted offerings, which it is now ready to deploy in New Zealand, starting with its existing customer base. MHA will again be the first to bring these technologies to market in New Zealand.
