Genesys G-Summit global event comes to New Zealand
Fri, 17th Jul 2015
FYI, this story is more than a year old

The Genesys global G-Summit event series is making its way to New Zealand, and will showcase this year's theme of ‘Next-Generation CX'.

The event will focus on how Genesys innovations simplify the deployment of customer experience technologies from the customer facing front office to the back office, while highlighting expertise, insights and new perspectives on how to manage the customer experience.

Attendees will also be the first to witness the unveiling of a research study on how omnichannel strategies are being developed and implemented in the digital age. Putting theory to practice, delegates will hear how organisations can adapt this to become leaders in delivering omnichannel CX.

The Australian Tax Office will be sharing its story around customer experience strategy and transformation.  This will provide attendees with a unique insight into how an organisation can more effectively manage the customer journey by fostering a customer engagement centre across alltouchpoints, channel and interactions, while optimising the productivity and satisfaction of agents and employees.

Ross Dawson, Customer Experience (CX) Futurist, will present at the event and be part of a live panel discussion, along with industry thought leaders and existing customers. Live demonstrations will also take place at the NextGen CX IdeaLab.

Dawson will look at how the successful companies of tomorrow will anticipate their customers' mind sets, and transform themselves to deliver seamless, intensely personalised service and knowledge-based relationships across proliferating channels.

Bringing thought leaders, industry experts, Genesys partners, customers and prospects together for a day of learning and networking, the G-Summit is not to be missed.

This is a prime opportunity to find out more about Genesys and world-class customer experience, and to network and share the latest best practices and innovation among industry peers.

The G-Summit is a complimentary, by invitation-only event that's taking place in Wellington on August 6 - click here to register now.
