Serko takes off with mega corporate Aussie contract

FYI, this story is more than a year old

Serko Online, experts in online travel booking for business, has been selected by Australia's Queensland State Government to support its corporate travel program.

Following an extensive evaluation process lasting six months, the Queensland Government selected Serko Online to take over their Travel Management System, awarding a two-year contract.

“This is a key win for the Serko team in Australia," says Darrin Grafton, CEO, Serko Online.

"It demonstrates that Serko Online has the feature set and the content required by state and federal government agencies.

"We have worked hard over the last year to bring in low-cost carrier content and deliver key features such as airline stored credit management and post ticketing changes that differentiate Serko from other travel booking suppliers.

The move follows a strong past month for the Parnell-based company, who recently listed on the NZX.
