Reports are emerging that 2degrees co-founder Tex Edwards has launched a dispute against the company with the Employment Relations Authority (ERA).

Unfortunately, details of the dispute are thin on the ground, with 2degrees director of corporate affairs Matthew Bolland confirming the action but refusing to elaborate as it’s ‘an employment issue’.

Edwards and 2degrees are said to have had a hearing in April, after which one party launched a separate dispute that is currently under mediation.

Despite the action, Edwards is said to still be working for the company.
