The Genesys Developer programme now supports over 250 active users, while the AppFoundry marketplace offers over 100 customer experience apps.
Genesys says that together, AppFoundry and DevFoundry have enabled its customers to connect to a wider ecosystem of customer experience providers, while also creating exceptional customer experiences and driving business performance.
The omni-channel customer experience company says that its partner Vidyo, is proof in the pudding. Vidyo has connected with over 50 Genesys customers around the globe since joining the AppFoundry.
