UPS Power Solutions has expanded its partnership with Eaton to offer the vendor's complete range of DC power solutions across New Zealand.

The distributor says it will be providing the complete range of Eaton power quality products, along with engineering services and a ‘solutions-oriented approach', to Kiwi industries including data centers, healthcare, aviation and telecommunications.

The partnership program includes intensive engineering training and certification on Eaton's offerings for UPS Power Solutions, which has offices in Auckland and Wellington with accompanying warehouse facilities.

John Atherton, Eaton ANZ general manager power quality, says financial services, healthcare facilities and telecoms are all essential services and guaranteeing power to them is paramount.

“UPS Power Solutions has consistently delivered a high standard of service to its customers, giving them access to power where they need it, when they need it,” Atherton says.

UPS Power Solutions says it will hold high levels of Eaton stock and spare parts, enabling servicing of customers throughout the lifecycle of the products and to help prepare organisations for next-generation upgrades.
