FYI, this story is more than a year old

Dimension Data has appointed Jo Healey as New Zealand CEO to lead its local operations, effective 10 November 2014.

With more than 20 years' experience in the ICT industry, most recently as Managing Director of Fujitsu New Zealand, Healey takes the reins from Nick Halikias, Interim Chief Executive.

Sunil Desai, Dimension Data Asia Pacific COO, says Healey's proven track record will set Dimension Data in good stead as the business advances as a full spectrum IT service provider in New Zealand.

“Jo is a proven leader with energy, drive and experience," Desai says.

"Jo, along with Dimension Data's strong senior management team, will lead the New Zealand organisation.

"Building on our growth, strength and reputation in the market, our vision is to deliver exceptional value to our clients and demonstrate our expertise as a cloud and IT outsourcing services provider. Jo's leadership will help take us to the next level of transformation and growth."

Desai says Dimension Data New Zealand is proud of its strong footprint in New Zealand, with over 550 staff spread across six locations, the company provides a breadth of services to national clients.

Healey's skill in managing a large scale nationwide business will provide further leverage for Dimension Data's continued growth, Desai adds.

As well as Managing Director of Fujitsu, and a member of the Board of NZTech, Healey has held senior positions in several New Zealand and global companies including Hewlett-Packard, Computerland New Zealand, Telecom New Zealand, Conduit International and esolutions New Zealand.
