FYI, this story is more than a year old

AOC, a worldwide leader in display manufacturing, launched its new AOC Premium Product range at a special VIP movie night in Auckland last week, in front of a strong industry audience.

Including the latest AOC 4K monitors, attendees joined AOC for a 3D movie screening of ‘Dawn of the Planet of the Apes’, at Event Cinema in Auckland’s St Lukes.

Representing a new view of the future, AOC has this year boosted its share in the New Zealand computer monitor market.

According to research firm IDC, AOC outsold all other brands in the first quarter of 2014, with 7,491 units (17.8% of total non-bundled sales) to achieve the No. 1 ranking in its category.

AOC’s unique combination of product design, technical features and budget pricing have now proven their appeal to resellers and consumers with the company intending to sustain this leading edge throughout the year as overall sales accelerate.

As a result, the tech giant has released multiple display innovations to secure ongoing success, with models including 4K Ultra High Definition, 10-bit Deep Colour, NVIDIA G-SYNC gaming technology, 1ms screen response, 144Hz refresh rate, UltraWide Quad High Definition, flicker-free backlighting, and increasing screen sizes, with assorted 27-inch displays now joined by 28-inch and cinematic 34-inch models.
