FYI, this story is more than a year old

IntegrationWorks has expanded its Australian presence, opening a Sydney office as demand continues for integration and digital transformation.

The Kiwi enterprise integration specialist has been in Australia for two years, and now has 35 permanent staff in the market and offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Ian Richards, IntegrationWorks Australia managing director, says “Sydney is a fast moving market with a huge appetite for digital transformation that is propelled by seamless integration and API connectivity.

“Our current clients in Sydney have major ambitions to offer innovative digital services to their customers, and are seeking to optimise their existing infrastructure and connect it with new modes of end-user services.

Richards says major cloud and hybrid-cloud transformation projects are often hindered by lack of integration capabilities across the infrastructure, cloud and API layers which blow out time and cost delivery.

“We're working closely with our Sydney-based clients already to provide this integration expertise that then saves money while mitigating risk and system failure.

The Wellington-headquartered company has seen significant growth in Australia in both client contracts and headcount. Just two months ago the company had 18 staff in the country.

At the time it told ChannelLife Australia is was seeing significant growth in Brisbane thanks to a major government contract with Queensland Healthcare and a number of enteprise clients, and was looking to triple its presence in the state while also expanding elsewhere.

In conjunction with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise's business accelerator program, IntegrationWorks opened its Melbourne offices last year, targeting the Victorian banking and finance sector.

Last August the company spread its wings further afield, launching a United Kingdom operation.

IntegrataionWorks has been in operation in New Zealand for 12 years.
