New Dell president to head 10,000 strong Application Services workforce

Dell Services has appointed Prasad Thrikutam as president and global head, Application Services, tasked with leading a global team of nearly 10,000 employees.

Responsible for driving Dell’s Application Services business across all vertical industry segments, Thrikutam, a 22-year industry, veteran joins Dell from Infosys.

Thrikutam will report to Suresh Vaswani, president of Dell Services, and will be based at Dell Services’ headquarters in Plano - starting work on July 28.

Thrikutam previously spent 18 years in multiple executive leadership roles at Infosys, while formerly head of Infosys Americas and the global head for the $1.4 billion Energy, Utilities, Telecom and Services business unit.
