It's the fastest growing top 10 software company in the world and has just announced a new version with a completely new interface: ‘Winter 17 release'.

With this new version, Salesforce is making artificial intelligence and machine learning accessible to all businesses of all sizes.

Salesforce Einstein adds machine - deep learning, predictive analytics and natural language processing to the Customer Success Platform

Users can now prioritise the highest value leads every time with Predictive Lead Scoring for Sales, determine which customers are most likely to engage with Predictive Scoring for Marketing, and automatically capture customer data to discover next steps and closest connections with Salesforce Inbox.

There are also over 300 new and improved features. Jam-packed with innovation, here are some the latest features:  

  • Sales Cloud

Predictive Lead Scoring (Pilot): Sales Cloud, the world's #1 sales app, has Predictive Lead Scoring, which allows you to take company data and put it to work for you.

  • Salesforce Inbox

Activity Intelligence (Beta): Automatically capture all emails and events in Salesforce so you can focus more on selling and building customer relationships.

  • Commerce Cloud

Introducing Salesforce Commerce Cloud: make a unified customer experience a reality with the world's #1 commerce solution.

  • Service Cloud

Lightning Open CTI: The world's #1 customer service app, Service Cloud, now has the power of computer-telephony integration (CTI) in Lightning. Connect with customers and resolve issues faster with Lightning Open CTI.

There are also numerous improvements to Marketing Cloud, App Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Community Cloud and Health Cloud.

All in all, this is a massive release for the cloud software vendor. It runs an online repository for customer ideas - feature requests called IdeaExchange. Over 65,000 ideas - requests from IdeaExchange got incorporated into this week's release. You can't ask for a more responsive cloud software vendor.
