FYI, this story is more than a year old

Telecom has revealed that its customers can be among the first in the country to buy the new Samsung Galaxy S5 - pre-loaded with Spotify - with pre-orders of the device now opening up on its website ahead of its April launch.

Telecom’s Chief Operating Officer, Jason Paris says that “With fast 4G and free national WiFi, Telecom’s mobile network is the perfect match for Samsung’s newest flagship device – which has some phenomenal features.

“Our new partnership with global music giant Spotify also means that customers on eligible mobile plans and prepaid packs will from day one have 20 million tracks at their fingertips," he adds.

“To make it easy for them to get started on Spotify we’ve preloaded the Spotify app on the S5 for the very first time – we think this is a fantastic bonus for our customers.”

The Galaxy S5 has an RRP of $1,099 and will be available on any Telecom Ultra Mobile plan $39 and above on pre-order.

Customers can also take advantage of Telecom’s Interest Free payment option by splitting the cost of the device over 12 or 24-months in addition to joining any Pay Monthly plan.
