Telecom praises Kiwis with Spark Thanks initiative...
Fri, 8th Aug 2014
FYI, this story is more than a year old

On the day Telecom officially changed its name to Spark New Zealand, the telco giant has also launched Spark Thanks in a bid to reward its customers across the country.

As a result, Managing Director Simon Moutter says the company will unveil a number of “exciting new initiatives” over the coming weeks and months for Kiwis across the country.

The first of these – which begins tomorrow – was simply about saying a big ‘thank you’ to its existing customers.

The Spark Thanks reward programme has been designed around what Spark customers have told the company they love: music, movies and technology.

According to Moutter the programme will offer customers discounts on movie tickets, and early access to and discounts on concert tickets, through strategic partnerships with premium brands Event Cinemas and Live Nation.

Moutter says more partnerships and associated customer benefits would be announced in the coming weeks.

In the build-up to the launch of Spark Thanks, an ‘ATM’ machine has been travelling around New Zealand dispensing ‘thank you’ gifts to Spark customers.
