TNZI to expand its telecomms network in Asia
Thu, 26th May 2016
FYI, this story is more than a year old

TNZI has announced it will develop its wholesale voice carrier network to include the United States, Asia and Europe for its customers, in a move the company hopes will strengthen its network's reach into some of the key high-growth markets.

TNZI's acquisition of carrier licences in Hong Kong and the United States continues its steady investment into quality services, particularly for European and American carriers and RSP providers.

TNZI president Tim Dunning says “TNZI is focussing on one of the fastest growing regions in the world – Asia –enabling our customers to expand and add value to their operations in this region. With the acquisition of these licences, our global network provides a key path for reliable delivery of calls in the Asian region, which has historically been challenging for many European and US-based telcos to reach.

The company has focused on its expansion by investing $5 million of its capital expenditure into an upgrade of its existing PoP facilities. It has also built two new facilities in Hong Kong and Singapore to capture the Asian growth market. It has also introduced a new SaaS product suite.

TNZI claims this diversification and investment into its operations will improve service operations and provide more direct telecommunications routing routes to the fast-growing Asia-Pacific region

TNZI specialises in providing international voice services and global carrier software to clients. Its services include global A-Z voice termination which specialises in termination to the Asia-Pacific region. It also provides toll-free numbers, geographic numbers, managed SIP trunks and real-time toll fraud protection with Symbio's TollShield solution.
