Gen-i and Origin IT have joined Soft Solutions in claiming top spots at Trend Micro's 2014 Partner Forum Awards.

Gen-i was named New Zealand partner of the year with Origin IT named New Zealand small business partner of the year. Soft Solutions had earlier been announced as Trend Micro's New Zealand distribution partner of the year.

The awards, presented at a series of ceremonies during the recent Trend Micro Partner Forums, recognise partners for their work, including revenue, enabling sales and technical training, and their partnership in investing and growing the business with Trend Micro.

Sanjay Mehta, Trend Micro ANZ managing director, paid tribute to the vendor's partners in announcing the awards, saying the partner network was a vital part of the company's continued growth in Australia and New Zealand.
