Customers of Vodafone may be incommunicado as the telco’s mobile network experiences an outage.
Customers nationwide using the 2G, 3G and 4G network may be having difficulty making and receiving calls, TXTs and using data, the company says in a statement.
The problems began around 9.30 this morning.
“Our engineers are working to resolve this issue at the highest priority,” Vodafone says. “We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your patience with us.”
There has been no information on when the network may be back in running order. Techday has reached out to Vodafone for further comment.
