11:11 Systems has won the Telarus Best Engineering Team award, recognising its work with the Telarus channel community in 2025.
The recognition was presented at the 2026 Telarus Partner Summit in Dallas, where Telarus highlighted 11:11 Systems for its engineering work and support for technology advisers using the distributor's platform.
Telarus is a global technology services distributor that works with advisers and suppliers across telecoms, cloud, networking and related IT services. Its awards carry weight in the channel because they reflect the views of a large adviser network that sources services for business customers.
For 11:11 Systems, the award highlights a part of the market where supplier relationships are judged not only on products, but also on engineering support, education and how easily advisers can match services to customer requirements. In channel sales, those factors can determine whether a vendor becomes a regular option for brokers and consultative resellers.
Its engineering team was recognised for contributions during 2025, including work across secure cloud services, cyber resilience and network as a service. The company also said the team had become a preferred supplier to Telarus advisers.
Its portfolio available through the Telarus relationship includes multi-cloud support, cloud object storage, SD-WAN and managed last-mile connectivity. Those services are aimed at advisers assembling infrastructure and networking offers for businesses looking to modernise IT estates, improve resilience and strengthen data protection.
Channel focus
The award also underlines the continued importance of indirect sales models in infrastructure and connectivity markets. Many vendors rely on distributors and adviser communities to reach mid-sized and large customers, especially where buyers want a mix of cloud, networking, disaster recovery and managed services rather than a single standalone product.
In that environment, engineering teams often play a commercial role as well as a technical one. They help advisers design services, address integration questions and support deployments spanning several suppliers or platforms.
11:11 Systems said it differentiates its offer through several delivery models, including fully managed, self-service, hybrid and consumption-based approaches. It also pointed to experience in infrastructure as a service, disaster recovery as a service and network as a service.
That mix reflects how customer demand has shifted in recent years. Rather than replacing infrastructure in one step, many organisations are piecing together cloud, storage, connectivity and recovery services over time, often while keeping some legacy systems in place. Channel partners and their engineering contacts have become more central to that process because they can combine services around a customer's operational and budget requirements.
Moosa Matariyeh, Vice President, Global Channels, 11:11 Systems, said the market reflects that complexity.
"Businesses today are navigating an increasingly complex technology landscape," said Moosa Matariyeh, Vice President, Global Channels, 11:11 Systems.
"Our collaboration with Telarus gives technology advisors the tools to help customers invest their time, talent and budgets where they can drive the most business impact. Together, we go beyond simply delivering technology; we align the right solutions to each organisation's priorities to reduce complexity, strengthen performance and create a more resilient foundation for growth."
Partner value
For Telarus, the award highlights the role suppliers can play in helping advisers compete for customer business. Distributors increasingly look for vendors that can support presales work, simplify procurement and provide technical backing after contracts are signed.
Richard Murray, Chief Commercial Officer, Telarus, said 11:11 Systems had stood out during the year.
"Telarus is proud to honour 11:11 Systems as the recipient of the Telarus Best Engineering Team award, recognising their leadership in innovation, education and collaborative support across the channel," said Richard Murray, Chief Commercial Officer, Telarus.
"Their work in 2025 empowered our technology advisors to win more business and deliver greater value to customers. We congratulate 11:11 and all the award winners for their outstanding impact."
The award comes as managed infrastructure providers face a market in which customers want fewer isolated tools and more joined-up services across cloud hosting, data protection and connectivity. For channel distributors such as Telarus, suppliers that can support that approach are likely to remain prominent within adviser ecosystems.
11:11 Systems positions itself as a managed infrastructure provider focused on helping customers run and protect critical applications and data through its cloud platform. The Telarus award draws particular attention to the engineering function behind that strategy and to the importance of technical support in winning adviser loyalty.
Its cited service areas - multi-cloud, object storage, SD-WAN, managed connectivity, IaaS, DRaaS and NaaS - show where many channel-led infrastructure deals are now concentrated, with resilience and service integration remaining central themes in enterprise buying.
