Acuity Analytics unveils new brand, expands AI & data services

Fri, 5th Dec 2025

Acuity Knowledge Partners has changed its trading name to Acuity Analytics, marking a shift as the company expands its services in analytics, data and AI-enabled solutions. The rebrand also sees the launch of a new website and an increased focus on combining specialist expertise with technology.

Expanded capabilities

The company now employs over 7,200 staff across 28 locations. It provides support to more than 800 clients globally. The recent acquisition and integration of PPA Group and Ascent have added further digital, engineering and cloud capabilities. These changes are intended to allow Acuity Analytics to offer more comprehensive, end-to-end client solutions, aligned with the changing needs of markets and industries outside financial services.

AI and human expertise

Acuity Analytics has introduced Agent Fleet, its proprietary AI platform, which aims to automate routine tasks, enhance speed, and increase accuracy in its services. The company is maintaining a human-in-the-loop model, where domain experts oversee and validate AI outputs to ensure standards are met and client requirements are addressed.

The company's strategy aims to blend deep sector knowledge with advanced analytics. This approach reflects a shift in client expectations towards partners who offer technical expertise alongside human judgement.

New digital presence

The newly launched Acuity Analytics website is designed to clarify the company's expanded capabilities and make it easier for clients to identify solutions for their needs. The website highlights both the range of digital transformation services available and the firm's focus on using AI in conjunction with teams of specialists. It reflects broader changes in the way analytics and data-driven solutions are delivered in response to client demand.

Leadership perspectives

"Our people have always been the heart of this business. Their expertise and commitment are the reason we've grown to partnering with over 800 institutions globally. At the same time, we've recognised the opportunity that technology and AI bring to our work. This rebrand captures that journey; a business built on exceptional people, now strengthened by advanced technology. I'm incredibly proud of what Acuity Analytics has become and excited about what this next chapter means for our clients and our staff," said Robert King, Chief Executive Officer, Acuity Analytics.

"Clients want partners who understand their industry and can support them with both specialist talent and modern technology. Our evolution to Acuity Analytics reflects that. The new brand and website give clients a clearer view of our full capability and how we combine domain expertise, data, digital and AI to deliver measurable impact. This positions us to support clients even more effectively as their needs continue to evolve and we enable them on that journey," said Emma Crabtree, Chief Revenue Officer, Acuity Analytics.
