Alteryx unveils unified AI suite to streamline data analytics

Today

Alteryx has unveiled Alteryx One, a unified suite of AI-powered analytics tools designed to help organisations automate and scale analytics across their entire data ecosystems.

Alteryx One introduces a centralised portal that allows customers to manage their full Alteryx portfolio through a single interface, irrespective of deployment model.

This suite aims to address the challenges businesses face in integrating flexibility and governance within their analytics infrastructure. By combining analytics automation, low-code and no-code data preparation and blending, AI assistance, cloud flexibility, and enterprise governance, Alteryx One consolidates these capabilities into one centrally managed platform.

The new AI Control Center facilitates unified orchestration by bringing together licensing management with enhanced security, governance, and visibility of AI interactions, including those involving large language models. This centralisation is intended to ensure consistent access and usage policies for all users on the platform.

"This launch marks a major step forward in making analytics accessible, collaborative, and intelligent," said Ben Canning, Chief Product Officer at Alteryx. "The future of AI-powered analytics is about choice and connection. Alteryx One empowers organisations with the flexibility to access analytics in any way they need and to help ensure their data is AI-ready. This release is built to help organisations scale insights, automate intelligently, and stay ahead of AI, on their own terms."

Alteryx One also introduces tiered packaging and a unified licensing portal, providing centralised control over user access, permissions, and license management for organisations. This supports secure, scalable analytics across business operations.

As enterprises increasingly shift their data to the cloud, the need for direct, efficient, and secure access to cloud data has grown. Alteryx One addresses this by enabling direct integration with cloud data platforms, aiming to reduce costly data movement and duplication. New features include expanded connectivity and advanced integrations, such as Pre-/Post-SQL support for In-DB tools, allowing for more sophisticated data processing without moving data out of secure cloud repositories.

Real-time data access is now available via Live Query support for platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, allowing customers to process massive datasets in real time while maintaining performance and security standards. Alteryx One also introduces shared connectors and plans, enabling IT departments to establish secure, reusable connections to various cloud data sources. New and updated connectors for platforms like Azure Synapse, Qlik, and Starburst further enhance cloud adoption and integration for analytics teams.

The suite is designed to deliver trusted, AI-ready data to users throughout an organisation. Customers such as Siemens Energy have incorporated Alteryx solutions to extract, prepare, and blend data, supporting data access across their business.

"With Alteryx and our citizen development approach, we are increasing our digital capabilities and providing vital data access to people who didn't have it before - at scale, rapidly, sustainably, and with real operational impact across multiple use cases," said Tim Kessler, Head of Data, Models & Analytics at Siemens Energy.

Recent research conducted by Alteryx highlights that data integration remains a significant challenge for analysts. Nearly half, or 46%, said that data quality issues represent their biggest obstacle in preparing data. These challenges are exacerbated as more companies transition their operations to the cloud, increasing the need for reliable, seamless data access for analytics and AI applications.

In recognition of the demand to balance AI initiative benefits with the complexities of AI governance, Alteryx One provides scaled access to data and AI across organisations in a unified environment. New features in the platform include Magic Reports, which automates the creation of dynamic reports within Auto Insights, and Alteryx Copilot, an interactive AI assistant that helps users move from questions to workflows by offering real-time support and workflow automation.

The platform also includes GenAI Tools, which bring generative AI into workflows to automate complex tasks, generate new insights, and facilitate logical orchestration. These tools provide integration with enterprise-approved large language models such as those from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
