Amber Technology has recently dipped its toes into a vibrant new chapter with the expansion of the PSB Speakers' Alpha iQ product line. This revamp introduces three bold colours - blue, yellow, and orange - which join the existing colours of black and white.
The aim of this expansion is to afford consumers greater personalisation for this innovative all-in-one audio system, which combines control, source, and amplification into a pair of bookshelf speakers - a statement piece that stands out not just for its sound quality but also for its visual appeal.

Imprinted with the essence of high-fidelity sound, Alpha iQ offers a sophisticated and clutter-free listening experience. Its key features include 180W integrated amplification and a network streamer based on the award-winning BluOS multi-room music platform. With a spectrum of five matte colours to choose from, it pairs superior-quality audio with modern technology.
Meticulously built, each of the beautifully designed PSB Speakers houses a 4" polypropylene mid-bass driver encased in a steel basket with rubber surround and a 0.75" aluminium dome tweeter - both designed to deliver pristine sound quality.
The integrated system boasts a 60W class-D amplifier for each woofer and a 30W class-D for each tweeter, totalling 180W of powerful system output. Moreover, the Alpha iQ supports more than 20 embedded streaming services, including Spotify, Tidal, Qobuz, and Deezer, as well as hundreds of internet radio stations.
The remarkable features of the Alpha iQ extend to an audiophile-grade DAC capable of 24-bit/192kHz and full MQA decoding, various connectivity options – including an MM phono stage, AirPlay 2, and aptX HD Bluetooth, and a low-latency wireless connection between the primary and secondary speakers for a hassle-free installation. Additional features include DSP-based active crossover and tuned bass ports for exceptional low-frequency performance.
