Arctic Wolf unveils Aurora managed endpoint tools for MSPs

Fri, 13th Feb 2026

Arctic Wolf has launched Aurora Managed Endpoint Defence for Managed Service Providers, adding 24x7 monitoring and response around its endpoint security product for partners that manage customer environments.

The service sits within the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform and targets MSPs looking to expand endpoint security offerings without adding comparable in-house security operations staff. Arctic Wolf also released a new MSP Admin Portal and introduced an optional rapid-response service level for customers covered by its JumpStart Retainer.

Endpoint expansion

Aurora Managed Endpoint Defence for MSPs combines endpoint protection with managed security operations. Arctic Wolf's Security Operations Centre provides monitoring, alert triage, and response actions across customer deployments of Aurora Endpoint Security.

Arctic Wolf positioned the release as a way for MSPs to reduce the operational load of continuous protection. It also framed the service as part of a broader managed security portfolio aimed at organisations that lack specialist cyber security resources.

MSPs have become a major route to market for security vendors as small and mid-sized organisations outsource more of their IT operations. That shift has increased pressure on service providers to meet higher customer expectations while maintaining profitability and consistent service delivery across multiple client environments.

Arctic Wolf's approach centres on unifying detection, response, and risk management through the Aurora Platform, with the goal of reducing alert fatigue and operational complexity for partners managing large endpoint fleets across multiple customers.

Nick Schneider, President and Chief Executive Officer at Arctic Wolf, linked the launch to the vendor's broader push into the MSP segment.

"Millions of businesses rely on MSPs to help safeguard their operations, and Arctic Wolf is proud to stand firmly behind that community," said Nick Schneider, president and chief executive officer, Arctic Wolf.

Rapid response

Alongside the managed endpoint defense launch, Arctic Wolf introduced a Rapid Response add-on for customers with the Arctic Wolf JumpStart Retainer through an MSP. The add-on enables customers to activate a one-hour service level agreement for urgent incidents.

The JumpStart Retainer is a low-cost annual plan that includes a customisable incident response plan and preferred pricing for incident response engagements. Arctic Wolf presented the retainer as a tool for MSPs to win new accounts and attach incident response services alongside other managed offerings.

In practice, the rapid-response option adds a defined escalation path for time-sensitive events such as suspected ransomware activity or active credential misuse. For MSPs, faster access to specialist incident response can ease the burden on internal teams during incidents that require containment steps and high-pressure customer communication.

Admin visibility

Arctic Wolf also released a new MSP Admin Portal designed to provide a unified view across customer environments. The portal allows MSPs to monitor alerts, track agent deployments, and download reports in bulk.

Operational tooling has become a competitive issue for service providers managing many client tenants. Portal consolidation can reduce time spent moving between dashboards and improve consistency in reporting processes across customers.

Arctic Wolf described the portal as a way to reduce administrative overhead and standardise how partners manage endpoint deployments and reporting outputs. Pricing was not disclosed, and Arctic Wolf did not say whether the portal is bundled with existing MSP offerings.

Partner push

The managed endpoint defense service builds on Aurora Endpoint Security for MSPs and an expanded MSP Partner Program. Arctic Wolf has broadened its managed security operations portfolio in recent years, with an emphasis on around-the-clock monitoring and structured incident response options.

Michael Diab, Director, Regulatory and Compliance at Ntiva, said the additions were relevant across different stages of customer security programmes.

"Arctic Wolf continues to demonstrate real commitment to the MSP community by delivering a portfolio of solutions that helps organizations address every stage of their security journey," said Michael Diab, director, Regulatory and Compliance, Ntiva.

Diab also pointed to operational efficiency and service expansion as outcomes of the platform approach.

"Their focus on innovation and enablement-anchored by the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform-helps us provide better protection for our customers, expand the services we can offer, and operate more efficiently as we continue to grow," said Diab.

Arctic Wolf said the updates are designed for MSPs that want to scale managed security services across more customers while keeping service delivery consistent. It expects partners to use the managed endpoint defense service, rapid-response option, and portal tooling as part of broader managed security packages for end customers.
