ATech launches Boost, a AUD $100K cloud hosting scheme for tech startups
Thu, 25th Apr 2024

ATech, the flourishing Brisbane-based cloud hosting and web development company, has launched the ATech Boost incubator program to empower high-potential tech startups. The Boost program offers AUD $100,000 in cloud hosting credits and a wealth of expert guidance and resources within its abundant package, all charge-free to the embarking startups.

The primary objective of the Boost program is to foster innovation and facilitate startups' growth. The inaugural round of this unique initiative, named Round 1, will keep its gates open for applications until Friday, 14th June 2024. This comprehensive package is designed to equip the selected startups with the necessary tools and resources to prevail in the highly competitive business landscape.

The Boost program's services comprise Cloud Hosting Credits valued at AUD $100,000, which will be received by the participating startups to leverage highly advanced hosting solutions and top-notch infrastructure without the financial burden. These credits are applicable on the ATech Rocket platform during the incubation period.

Moreover, the participants will have thirty-six hours of expert technical consultation with ATech's team of experienced technical experts. They will provide personalised guidance and support to surmount intricate technical difficulties and optimise their cloud infrastructure. Subsequently, ten hours of business growth mentoring will provide insights and guidance to the startups to prevail in the gruelling business environment.

The ATech Boost incubator program is open to tech-powered startups or scale-ups possessing an active Australian Business Number (ABN), employing fewer than fifty people, registered for the goods and services tax (GST), and reprising a significant growth opportunity.

Sarah-Jane Peterschlingmann, Managing Director at ATech, expressed her belief in the program: "Today's emerging tech companies are tomorrow's leaders. We are investing in the future success of the tech industry by providing startups with the resources they need to grow. The ATech Boost incubator program is more than just a funding opportunity; it's a launchpad for innovation." This enthusiastic response underlines ATech's commitment to nourishing the tech ecosystem and its belief in innovative startups pivoting economic growth.

The Boost Incubator aims to reinforce the tech innovation ecosystem by offering critical resources which startups frequently find inaccessible or exorbitantly priced. The program effectively empowers tech startups to transition into tomorrow's leaders by minimising scaling barriers and enabling focus on commercialisation activities.

ATech has a rich history of supporting the innovation ecosystem. It previously assisted 300 entrepreneurs across Brisbane, Cairns, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, and Noosa via a supported and funded program from the Queensland Government. This program provided educational content, one-on-one mentoring, and networking events free of charge.

Specialising in systems that require scalability, high availability, and robust security, ATech has built and hosted websites and web apps for big names such as Airservices Australia, Virgin Australia, Seqwater, and Brisbane City Council.
