Atturra partners with Pursuit Technology for govt solutions

Advisory and technology solutions provider Atturra has entered into a new strategic partnership with Pursuit Technology.

Pursuit Technology is one of Australia's fastest-growing HR technology companies and the incumbent LMS provider to more than 80% of federal government departments in Australia.

Atturra now becomes Pursuit Technology's first alliance partner within the local government market, further bolstering its position as a leading IT services provider for local government authorities and public sector organisations. It will apply its extensive experience in the provision of cloud and learning management solution to support the effective delivery and deployment in local government of Pursuit Technology's SaaS-based workforce solutions, including its Panorama workforce planning software and Acorn learning management system.

The local government sector has pressing workforce development issues due to its geographically dispersed operations and compliance related challenges which are subject to variations in state-by-state jurisdictions. At the same time, within local government there is diverse range of roles, responsibilities which makes a learning environment complex and diverse. The provision of professional development within local government supports the development of better local governance and leadership and addresses critical skills shortage issues.

Pursuit Technology's solutions allow council staff to access eLearning content anywhere, anytime on any device while its Acorn application allows HR staff to capture all learning activities of council staff and easily create courses by simply dragging and dropping content into a program. Atturra will partner with Pursuit Technology to provide cloud-based tailored training content and use the power of gamification for online courses to help keep staff engaged and motivated, helping boost retention, productivity, and performance.
