AXA signs up to Gen-i mobile

AXA NZ has signed a three-year contract building on an existing relationship with Gen-i, which will now include mobile.The new deal is expected to save AXA around 30% on its annual telecommunications and operational costs. The contract includes voice, data, mobile internet and Gen-i’s pricing tool ‘Optimise’.AXA CFO Chris Day says that new mobile technologies will assist with internal operations and customer services. “Mobile solutions allow our financial advisers to work from anywhere at any time, allowing them to maximise their time and improve the way they operate. It gives them the flexibility to work how they choose and better meet the needs of their customers.”
