Boomi's 2024 APJ awards honour top digital innovators

Today

Boomi announced the recipients of its 2024 Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) Customer Innovation Awards, recognising companies that have achieved significant integration and automation advancements.

The awards celebrated five organisations for their substantial contributions to integrating applications and data into business-enhancing systems using Boomi's platform. The winners were Norths Collective, HEB Construction, Uniting Care Queensland, Toyota Australia, and Toowoomba Regional Council.

Norths Collective was honoured with the APJ Customer of the Year Award for its digital transformation strategy, which involved connecting previously siloed systems. This integration centralised operational and member data, leading to an eightfold increase in email click-through rates and improved business decision-making.

HEB Construction received the Business Excellence Award for its effective utilisation of the Boomi platform to integrate an artificial intelligence-powered road monitoring tool with its Geographic Information System and Work and Asset Management platforms. This integration provided timely and accurate insights for its maintenance team and clients.

Uniting Care Queensland was awarded the Healthcare Excellence Award. The organisation replaced its legacy integration platform with Boomi, achieving scalable service across its four hospitals. This change enhanced various operations, including radiology, pathology, and maternity, among others, and integrated 110 systems for financial processing.

Toyota Motors Corporation Australia won the Innovation Award for enhancing its system connectivity across its business operations and franchise network. This integration enabled a unified customer information view, supporting better governance and customer experience enhancements.

Toowoomba Regional Council was recognised with the Social Impact Award for implementing Boomi to streamline digital services such as maintenance requests and water payments. The integration reduced administrative tasks and improved user experiences with pre-populated, mobile-friendly service forms.

Thomas Lai, Vice President and General Manager of APJ at Boomi, highlighted the significance of the winners' achievements. "The 2024 APJ award winners exemplify companies committed to a variety of business outcomes, from smarter decision-making to enhanced stakeholder engagement, and boosting productivity. We are immensely proud to be involved in driving transformative change within the innovative projects recognised this year," he stated.

The award ceremony also acknowledged other nominees, whose submissions demonstrated excellence in using the Boomi platform. Boomi commended all participants for their work. Remarking on the broader impact, Lai said, "By connecting their digital investments with Boomi and improving their data visibility, our customers are making a notable impact in their industries, delivering tangible benefits in productivity and enhancing the experiences of stakeholders and their communities."
