Sharples, an experienced professional with over two decades in sales and partnerships, transitions from his notable tenure at Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) to this pivotal role.

Sharples' journey at AWS spanned over seven years, where he held key leadership roles in the channel business, significantly contributing to the company's growth in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. His global exposure, leading teams in Singapore and Seattle, and his last role as the Director of Partner Core Asia Pacific and Japan based in Sydney, have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics in this region.
