Cisco is to host an event in Auckland to help businesses come to grips with what it calls the ‘tablet revolution'.

With the firm's own research suggesting over half of people feel they do not need to be in the office to work effectively, businesses need to learn how to employ tablet technology, Cisco says.

The event, to be held at the Hilton on Princes Wharf on August 2, will attempt to tackle questions of mobility, security, and cloud computing.
