ClickHouse Open House to feature ANZ tech industry leaders

ClickHouse will bring together technology companies including Nine, Xero, Canva, Buildkite, Neara and Langfuse at its Open House conferences in Sydney and Melbourne, where engineering teams will discuss how they use the company's real-time data platform in production.

The events will feature presentations from customer organisations alongside ClickHouse engineers. Sessions will focus on real-time analytics, observability, AI systems and data infrastructure.

Customer stories

Engineering teams from participating organisations will present case studies based on production deployments.

Nine will discuss how it has scaled observability using ClickHouse to support its platforms at national scale.

Xero will present its experience of deploying ClickHouse within its technology environment.

Langfuse will outline its approach to building observability for AI agents using ClickHouse as the underlying data platform.

Canva, which is scheduled to speak at the Sydney event, will explain how it developed an agentic support experience using Langfuse observability powered by ClickHouse.

Buildkite will examine how it manages large-scale software testing workloads alongside ClickHouse, while Neara will discuss its observability journey using ClickStack in production.

Technical focus

ClickHouse will also present sessions led by members of its engineering and product teams.

Topics will include the agentic data stack, observability for OpenTelemetry deployments at scale, data lake acceleration and unified data stacks.

The programme also includes technical training covering real-time analytics, observability, data warehousing and large language model observability.

These hands-on sessions are intended for engineers and technical practitioners working with data-intensive applications and AI systems.

Engineering approach

AI and observability

Many of the customer sessions centre on observability as organisations deploy AI applications and larger data workloads.

Several presentations will examine monitoring and troubleshooting for AI agents, while others focus on supporting high-volume operational systems and software development environments.

The agenda also reflects growing interest in combining real-time analytics with observability tools and data warehousing to support production AI systems.

Customer presentations span sectors including media, accounting software, software development, design technology and infrastructure technology, providing examples of how engineering teams apply real-time data platforms to different workloads.

The conferences will take place in Sydney and Melbourne, with the Sydney programme including the Canva presentation. Sessions from ClickHouse and its customers are intended to provide technical insights into production deployments, engineering practices and operational experiences.
