Datacraft's Integral Axon offer goes unconditional
Wed, 3rd Nov 2010
FYI, this story is more than a year old

Datacraft's offer to acquire 100% of Integral Axon Computer Systems, the privately held IT services company, is now unconditional.

“The acquisition of Integral Axon more than doubles the size and scale of our New Zealand business,” said Robin Hartendorp, Managing Director, Datacraft New Zealand. “Together, we have over 400 national clients across all sectors of the economy and employ just under 600 people.

“Our combined capability and strength positions Datacraft as one of the major ICT services organisations in New Zealand. Our vision is to fast track our clients’ success by delivering innovative ICT services and solutions that enable them to achieve their business objectives rapidly; particularly in the areas of managed services and cloud computing. The merger accelerates our ability to do that.

“The clients that we have spoken to and our staff have responded very positively towards the acquisition and can see the benefits it can bring for both sides. Over the next few weeks we will be working to integrate the teams and share a unified go-to-market approach for both companies,” Hartendorp added.
