Datacraft's offer to acquire 100% of Integral Axon Computer Systems, the privately held IT services company, is now unconditional.

The merger accelerates our ability to do that.

“The clients that we have spoken to and our staff have responded very positively towards the acquisition and can see the benefits it can bring for both sides.
