Dave Howden appointed CEO of Ambit AI, Succeeding Tim Warren

The Founder and outgoing CEO of Ambit AI, Tim Warren, has enthusiastically announced the appointment of Dave Howden as the computer software company's new CEO. Having served on the board of directors for two years, Dave steps up to fill the shoes of Mr. Warren. "How fabulous is this! Dave is stepping from the board into the CEO role at Ambit. Congratulations Dave and we're all looking forward to the exciting next steps," says Mr. Warren.

Mr. Howden recently shared news of his latest career move on his LinkedIn. He enthused, "I'm happy to share that I'm starting a new position as Chief Executive Officer at Ambit AI!" His stints as a board member and his recent tenure as founder of Umbrellar Powered by Pax8, which was sold in the previous year, have provided him with considerable insight into building tech companies.

In another LinkedIn post, Mr. Howden expounded on his decision to return to "building", paying tribute to Tim Warren and expressing excitement about the goal of the company to democratise AI. "After being on the Board at Ambit for the last 2 years, this week I officially catch the CEO baton from Tim Warren, who is moving onto pastures new and has been seeking a builder to take the business to the next level," he states.

Being impressed with the team, tech, and the opportunities AI presents during his time at Ambit, Howden noticed that there's more in stored in the democratization of AI which could benefit people and reduce workload. He segues, "Feeling like a fun few years ahead!". His commitment remains, especially with Integration Fox, liaising the whole world's data, and now has accepted a challenge at Ambit AI where its mission is making AI accessible for all.

The newly-appointed CEO is recognised as a proficient executive with a background in computer science and telecommunications. He combines a passion for innovation with a keen understanding of Private Equity and has made a name for himself as an authoritative voice in his field, renowned for communicating complex ideas in an understandable format. He also maintains a dedication to utilising technology for a sustainable future and continues to invest and give direction in emerging tech while lending his expertise to aid industry growth.
