Diligent has announced that its Diligent Boards for NetSuite application has achieved the 'Built for NetSuite' status.
The new SuiteApp has been developed using the Oracle NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform. It allows organisations to securely present financial metrics and key insights related to risk, compliance, audit, and ESG to leadership and board directors. Additionally, the app offers board education and best practice resources aimed at improving governance.

The SuiteApp is designed for small to mid-market companies, pre-IPO companies, and public companies. It aims to integrate financial management with governance protocols, equipping these organisations with best practice governance education. With data integrated between NetSuite and the Diligent One Platform, the app helps create reports based on templates designed by industry experts. These reports are then delivered directly to leadership and board directors via Diligent Boards.
