Dynatrace expands AWS integrations with new AI & cloud features

Fri, 5th Dec 2025

Dynatrace has expanded its integrations with Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies, including new support for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, AWS DevOps Agent, and AWS Security Hub.

The company has also achieved the new AWS Agentic AI Specialisation, recognising its expertise in observing and governing agentic AI systems in production environments. This development places Dynatrace among the first observability providers to gain such recognition as enterprises look to deploy advanced AI workloads with greater oversight and control.

Award recognition

Dynatrace was also named AWS Public Sector Technology Partner of the Year for the Latin America (LATAM) region. The recognition highlights the company's work supporting government, education, and non-profit organisations in LATAM, following previous accolades in the EMEA region.

Agentic AI focus

With the AWS Agentic AI Specialisation, Dynatrace demonstrated technical competence and customer success in supporting complex AI architectures known as agentic systems. These systems, which orchestrate multiple autonomous agents to perform tasks, require enhanced visibility, monitoring, and governance to operate reliably at scale.

"Our collaboration with AWS continues to drive innovation and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers," said Jay Snyder, SVP, Global Partner and Alliances, Dynatrace. "Achieving the AWS Agentic AI Specialisation and being recognised as a Partner of the Year underscores our shared commitment to empowering organizations in the AI era. Together, Dynatrace and AWS are helping customers turn cloud complexity into a strategic advantage and drive their business forward."

Expanded integrations

Dynatrace's expanded AWS integrations cover several new and existing services. Support for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore offers observability into agentic systems, allowing customers to monitor, debug, and optimise AI workflows within AWS environments. Integration with AWS DevOps Agent enables users to accelerate root cause analysis, leveraging domain-specific AWS data to reduce mean time to resolution. The Dynatrace platform now also automates troubleshooting, from identifying performance issues to providing remediation instructions.

Integration with AWS Security Hub allows Dynatrace users to strengthen their security posture, gaining real-time visibility and AI-driven insights to accelerate threat detection and reduce response times. This is aimed at improving resilience and maintaining compliance for organisations operating in the cloud.

Kiro autonomous agent

The company has also introduced new capabilities based on the Kiro autonomous agent, which leverages Dynatrace's observability data to assist developers. Kiro helps with tasks ranging from bug triage to feature implementation and is designed to fit within existing developer workflows. This approach aims to support faster development cycles by allowing developers to concentrate on higher-level initiatives.

Additionally, Dynatrace has unveiled Kiro power, an extension that delivers AI-powered insights to development agents. This facilitates performance analytics for specialised AI agents within established processes, supporting spec-driven development without the need for context switching.

Cloud operations improvements

Dynatrace's Cloud Operations Solution now includes automatic discovery of new AWS services, as well as native telemetry and metadata ingestion. The resulting unified dashboards provide AI-driven insights related to performance and cost control, giving teams real-time visibility over complex cloud ecosystems and supporting modernisation initiatives.

Customers using these new integrations and tools can manage cloud complexity, drive operational efficiency, and strengthen security and compliance. The focus of the expanded offerings is to make it easier for enterprises to adopt and scale AI-driven workloads while maintaining reliability and oversight.

"Achieving the AWS Agentic AI Specialisation and being recognised as a Partner of the Year underscores our shared commitment to empowering organizations in the AI era. Together, Dynatrace and AWS are helping customers turn cloud complexity into a strategic advantage and drive their business forward," said Snyder.
