Rhoda Holmes - the former chief executive at Optimation - has been appointed to the Kordia Board.
State Owned Enterprises minister Simon Power announced the appointment of Holmes for a three-year term, effective from 1 November.
Holmes left Optimation in September after Martin Butler was appointed managing director of the company. She had been the role for a year. Prior to that Holmes was general manager at Gen-i, with responsibility for its Australasian accounts.
Also newly appointed to the Kordia Board is Ken Benson, and director Janine Smith has been elevated to the role Deputy Chair.
