Farmers Trading Company is making the plunge in to on-line shopping and need someone to head up their new eCommerce team.

More information about the role:The Group is looking to appoint an experienced eCommerce Manager to develop and implement a group strategy for its online businesses. With the support of an eCommerce team based in Auckland, New Zealand, the role will head up the eCommerce channel to deliver a strong online presence. This is a newly created role, overseeing the creation, implementation and management of an eCommerce business.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of the eCommerce channel including strategy and business planning, development, promotion and improvement
  • Collaborating with cross functional partners to ensure all business goals and implications are factored into eCommerce initiatives including individual company brands and customer service propositions
  • Overseeing the development, execution and implementation of all online and digital marketing campaigns within the Group
  • Delivering an unrivalled user and brand experience that is first in class and drives the long term profitability and sustainability of all eCommerce businesses within the Group
  • Leading the eCommerce team, providing direction, expertise and inspiration
