HP talks 'Hybrid IT' at event
While Cloud computing is offering new levels of speed and savings, traditional IT services still have their place.
That's the message HP will present at its Technology@Work 2011 conference, to be held at Auckland's SkyCity Convention Centre next month.
Although the keynote opening session is to focus on Cloud computing, HP is also presenting an 'Executive Session' looking at what it calls Hybrid IT. This session will show how traditional IT environments could continue to thrive as businesses tackle the challenges associated with the new strategy.
Following these sessions, the conference will separate into two 'Technology Experience' tracks, one looking at Hybrid IT and the other titled 'Converged Infrastructure'.
Technology@Work will be held on July 12, from 8:30am to 1:30pm.
