IFS Ultimo targets four-fold partner sales growth by 2030

Thu, 17th Apr 2025

IFS Ultimo has plans to significantly expand its channel partner ecosystem across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Central Eastern Europe, the United Kingdom & Ireland, and the DACH regions by 2030.

The enterprise asset management (EAM) software provider aims to grow its indirect sales fourfold by the end of the decade. As part of this strategy, the company is simplifying its partner application process and strengthening its partnership model, aiming to provide broader value and support for its network of partners.

Industry analysts at Verdantix estimate the global EAM market value to be USD $4.5 billion in 2024, with the sector expected to grow at a 9% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) to USD $6.4 billion by 2028. Expanding budgets for digital transformation initiatives and demands to reduce costs and downtime are key drivers of this increased software spend among industrial businesses.

IFS Ultimo has reported a 46 percent increase in certified partner consultants since 2023, underscoring increased traction with EAM-focused partners. The provider notes particular engagement in the manufacturing, logistics, energy, and healthcare verticals.

Johan Made, Chief Executive Officer at IFS Ultimo, said, "Our platform is developed collaboratively with customers, and the company is differentiated by acting in unison with organisations as they advance along our EAM maturity model. As Ultimo does not require extensive professional services to realise its full value, customers such as BP Castrol and Bosch are turning to us for our proven track record of cost transparency."

"Partners like AVEVA, Siemens Healthineers and MaxGrip work with us for our proven ability to derive customer value at an industry-leading pace, enabling them to stay ahead of market demands and serve clients with agility, and vision."

James Mansfield, Global Channel Sales Director at IFS Ultimo, said, "With the increasing importance of artificial intelligence (AI) and cutting-edge technology in asset management, IFS Ultimo is positioning itself as a key player in shaping the future of EAM. The growing demand for EAM solutions, particularly in the manufacturing, logistics, energy and healthcare sectors, is reshaping the channel landscape."

The company has introduced a range of updates to its partner programmes to increase partner profitability and incentivise further investment in its SaaS-based offerings. These changes include expanded margins, increased lead allocation, enhanced sales certification systems, additional sales team resources, tailored business planning structures, and differentiated partner status awards.

IFS Ultimo operates a software-as-a-service (SaaS) annual recurring revenue (ARR) model, which enables a predictable, stable, and recurring income stream for its partner ecosystem.

The provider has additionally announced that in October 2025, it will hold IFS Ultimo Nexus, an event intended to unite its global partner community in Vienna, Austria, for learning opportunities, business discussions and networking.

The company serves more than 2,400 customers worldwide, supports more than 120,000 technicians, and manages over 15 million assets.
