Infor has announced the general availability of its Infor Velocity Suite, designed to facilitate process innovation and support businesses in maintaining agility and adaptability.

This package is built on the Infor Industry Cloud Platform, appealing to an extensive user base, particularly among the 3,600 organisations surveyed, with 75% of C-suite and software users noting the value derived from adopting advanced technologies.
The core components of the Infor Velocity Suite are designed around three key functionalities: Diagnose, Automate, and Optimise. Customers can employ Infor Process Mining to gain insights into operational bottlenecks, aiding in the diagnosis of non-conforming process variants that diverge from standard models.
For automation, the Infor Value+ solutions provide customers with generative AI and robotic process automation tools to streamline manual tasks and ensure efficient process improvements identified in the diagnosis phase are implemented effectively.
Additionally, the optimisation phase utilises a catalogue of pre-built industry use cases, combining Infor's generative AI and process automation capabilities to deliver results in an expedited manner. Customers can realise significant productivity gains and value within days or weeks.
