In this assessment, Forrester examined 13 continuous automation and testing service providers, using 27 criteria spread across three broad categories: current offering, strategy, and market presence. According to the report, Infosys has excelled in its AI talent strategy and client transparency, which has played a crucial part in securing the top position.

The evaluation notes Infosys' innovative approach as a key differentiator in the market. Specific mentions include the company's focus on building an AI-ready workforce, driving automation productivity, digital growth, and sustainability. Infosys' transformative approach aims to turn testers from mere consumers of AI into creators, integrating AI innovation into all its software testing tools.

The report also highlights Infosys' extensive work in cloud testing, commending its comprehensive solutions, collaborations, skills development, certifications, and automation frameworks. The company's cloud testing services are supported by its own intellectual property, making it distinctive in testing AI-infused applications. Additionally, Infosys leverages open-source and robotic process automation to ensure end-to-end process testing and employs AI and generative AI for migrating legacy applications to modern technology stacks.

Dinesh Rao, Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Delivery at Infosys, commented on the recognition, "Being recognised as a Leader in The Forrester Wave for Continuous Automation and Testing Services is a testament to our relentless pursuit of innovation and client-centric approach. The firm has ramped up its talent management approach, focusing on an AI-ready workforce for increased automation productivity, digital growth, and innovation in generative AI, as well as sustainability. It aims to transform testers from AI consumers into creators and integrates AI innovation into all its software testing accelerators.
