Ingram Micro brings Xvantage Integrations Hub to New Zealand
Ingram Micro has introduced its Xvantage Integrations Hub in New Zealand, offering a no-code platform for partners to connect and automate workflows between systems like Salesforce, Xero, and Dynamics.
The Xvantage platform aims to unify and simplify the interaction, transaction, and collaboration processes for technology partners, with the new Integrations Hub making it easier to bridge popular software-as-a-service (SaaS) and platform technologies. This move is expected to support faster decision making and process automation across sales, finance, and business operations.
Plug-and-play connectivity
Leon De Suza, Managing Director of Ingram Micro New Zealand, commented on the transition towards a more interconnected and accessible digital ecosystem.
"At Ingram Micro, we're shifting towards a platform-driven experience with our Xvantage Integrations Hub, designed to boost collaboration, productivity, and efficiency. Whether you're a large enterprise or a solo MSP, the Integrations Hub makes it simple to set up no-code automations that work seamlessly with leading CRM, ERP, CPQ, and accounting platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, QuickBooks, and Xero."
The Integrations Hub, which was developed internally by the company's global platform group, aims to reduce the manual burden on partners. Automating administrative tasks allows partners to focus on areas that generate more value for their businesses.
Driving automation and security
Kristy Comrie, Platform Consultants Manager for Ingram Micro New Zealand, has led efforts to encourage adoption and demonstrate the operational benefits of the new hub. Comrie highlighted the time-saving and revenue protection advantages of integrating existing partner technology with the Xvantage platform.
"Many partners have gained significant value by integrating with Ingram Micro, streamlining key processes such as quoting, procurement, order tracking, and invoicing. This automation of the sales cycle helps eliminate potential revenue leakage and enhances overall operational efficiency," said Comrie. "The Xvantage Integrations Hub hosts a suite of internally developed applications, engineered with robust security protocols and aligned with globally recognised compliance standards such as ISO 27001 for Information Security Management and ISO 27701 for Privacy Information Management. These applications leverage secure authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, encrypted data transmission via TLS 1.2+, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data across all integrations," continued Comrie.
Accessibility to preconfigured applications and established security practices is designed to make integration achievable for a wider range of organisations, regardless of technical expertise or scale.
Global reach
The Xvantage Integrations Hub is already available in more than ten countries, and Ingram Micro says the solution has improved both customer and vendor experiences by removing common obstacles to software connectivity. The platform provides access to prebuilt integrations and secure workflows for customers aiming to streamline their technology stack.
Frank Della Rosa, Research Vice President of SaaS, Business Platforms, and Industry Cloud at IDC, reflected on the platform's wider business impact.
"The global platform and sharing economy are accelerating business transformation across industries, including the tech sector, and introducing a new wave of collaboration and resilience. Ingram Micro's Xvantage platform and new Xvantage Integrations Hub demonstrate the balance required between integrations and interactions to build a digitally enabled organisation that prioritises the customer experience and business execution."
Speed and scale
According to Sanjib Sahoo, President of Global Platform Group, Ingram Micro, integration timelines are being significantly reduced for partners and customers by utilising the new hub.
"Integrations are critical in a platform economy – operating at the crux of a connected ecosystem that thrives on collective innovation and continuous transformation," said Sanjib Sahoo, President of Global Platform Group, Ingram Micro, Inc. "At Ingram Micro, we are constantly driving technology innovations to help our partners. With the new Xvantage Integrations Hub, integrations that used to take months or years can now be completed in seconds or minutes."
Among the integrations currently available are HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and Zoho CRM. The company anticipates releasing dozens of additional integrations over the rest of 2025.
The launch supports Ingram Micro's broader programme for digital enablement and automation within the technology channel, aiming to facilitate secure, streamlined transactions and improved business outcomes for partners across New Zealand and beyond.
