Insights launches new API to boost personal development

Insights has announced the release of its new Insights Discovery API, allowing organisations to integrate personality profiles into HR and coaching platforms.

The Insights Discovery API aims to enhance personal development and team communication by embedding the company's personality-driven insights into platforms used by businesses like HiBob, SAP Success Factors, and Workday. This development seeks to improve employee onboarding, training, team interactions, leadership capabilities, and overall engagement through increased self-awareness.

The API builds on Insights' longstanding principles of analytical psychology, drawing on more than three decades of experience in self-awareness and human behaviour. The company has previously reached over ten million individuals through its personal development programmes focused on unlocking potential via a system based on four colour preferences.
