Interactive Intelligence has released its latest customer engagement, unified communications and collaboration cloud services to the ANZ region.
The global provider of customer engagement, unified communications and collaboration software and cloud services is releasing PureCloud Communicate, PureCloud Engage and PureCloud Collaborate Pro services to Australia, New Zealand and North America, with availability in other regions to follow.
These latest services are delivered from the company’s new multi tenant, enterprise-grade PureCloud platform which is designed to provide optimum deployment, scalability, reliability and security.
The three services are separate products but all focus on enterprise telephony and customer communication.
PureCloud Collaborate Pro costs $9.99 per user per month and includes key features such as face-to-face calling, anytime and anywhere availability, improved search features and integrated content management.
PureCloud Communicate and PureCloud Engage come in at higher price points.
Communicate starts at $19.99 per user per month and includes instant messaging, video conferencing and desktop sharing capabilities.
Engage is the customer engagement solution and costs $99.99 per user per month. Key features include updates delivered direct to the user's browser, the availability of plug-in apps and cloud services from an ecosystem, multi channel capabilities, reliability and performance insights.
Interactive Intelligence has recently announced its intent to bring more channel partners on board in the ANZ region.
Furthermore, earlier this year the provider entered into a partnership with Datacom. This agreement enabled Datacom to sell, service and support the entire range of Interactive Intelligence communications solutions in ANZ.
