Mercer has been with Jade for over 10 years and was previously Director of Customer before being appointed interim CEO in February. He has been a significant voice in Jade's digital transformation journey and has worked to ensure the company remains focused on innovation while delivering cost-effective solutions.

Jade Chair Person, Sue Suckling, says that Mercer's appointment was fully endorsed by the board and that his strong commercial focus and acumen make him the right person for the role. Before becoming Director of Customer, Mercer spent 11 years with Jade working with customers and partners globally.
