FYI, this story is more than a year old

Jade Software, a New Zealand-based technology solutions company, has appointed Justin Mercer as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mercer has been with Jade for over 10 years and was previously Director of Customer before being appointed interim CEO in February. He has been a significant voice in Jade's digital transformation journey and has worked to ensure the company remains focused on innovation while delivering cost-effective solutions.

Jade Chair Person, Sue Suckling, says that Mercer's appointment was fully endorsed by the board and that his strong commercial focus and acumen make him the right person for the role. Before becoming Director of Customer, Mercer spent 11 years with Jade working with customers and partners globally.

Mercer expressed his delight at his appointment, saying, "Charlotte has provided a strong foundation for the next stage of our evolution, and I am looking forward to working with our people, partners and customers to deliver further innovation and value."

Jade Software helps companies accelerate their growth by designing, building, and supporting world-class enterprise solutions that enable customers to maximize the value of their core systems while creating engaging digital experiences for their customers. The company also has a strong presence in regulated environments through its anti-money laundering solution, Jade ThirdEye.

With Mercer at the helm, Jade Software is expected to continue to innovate and provide value for its customers while remaining focused on the company's digital transformation journey.
