Jade Software Corporation sees revenue increase 12.4%
Jade Software Corporation has released its latest financial report detailing its finances for the year ended 31st December 2023. The report shows that Jade Software Corporation's revenue saw a slight increase, up from NZD $40.7 million in 2022 to NZD $45.7 million in 2023, an increase of roughly 12.4%. Importantly, the company's total comprehensive income attributable to owners of the parent saw an incredibly large growth, up 271.5% from NZD $1 million in 2022 to NZD $3.9 million in 2023.
The company's profits before tax also saw the largest increase from NZD $1.3 million in 2022 to NZD $2.6 million in 2023, a 105.4% increase year-on-year.
The company's total assets saw an increase year-on-year, increasing from NZD $27.4 million in 2022 to NZD $29.3 million in 2023, a 6.9% increase.
Another area of interest is Jade Software Corporation's Cash and Cash equivalents at the end of 31st December 2023, which saw a very minor decline of 2.5% from NZD $6 million in 2022 to NZD $5.9 million in 2023.

This news comes after the recent appointment of Justin Mercer as the company's new CEO. Mercer had been with Jade for over 10 years and was previously Director of Customer before being appointed interim CEO in February 2023. He has been a significant voice in Jade's digital transformation journey and has worked to ensure the company remains focused on innovation while delivering cost-effective solutions.
Jade Chair Person, Sue Suckling, says that Mercer's appointment was fully endorsed by the board and that his strong commercial focus and acumen make him the right person for the role. Before becoming Director of Customer, Mercer spent 11 years with Jade working with customers and partners globally.
Mercer expressed his delight at his appointment, saying, "Charlotte has provided a strong foundation for the next stage of our evolution, and I am looking forward to working with our people, partners and customers to deliver further innovation and value."
