Wed, 2nd May 2012
FYI, this story is more than a year old

The former CEO and managing director of SAP Australia and New Zealand, Geraldine McBride, has been appointed as president of the company’s North America division.

It’s a return to the company for McBride, who has spent the last year working for Dell, first as vice president and global head of the Applications and BPO Services business, then as vice president of Dell Services for Asia Pacific and Japan.

Prior to Dell, McBride spent 15 years with SAP in various senior executive and sales management roles, including president and CEO of SAP Asia Pacific and Japan.

McBride was born in New Zealand and holds a bachelor’s degree from Victoria University in Wellington. She will report to Robert Enslin, member of the SAP global managing board and president of sales.

"Geraldine knows our customers, understands the importance of our partners and has the experience needed to lead SAP’s next chapter of growth in North America,” Enslin says.

"We’re excited to have her back within the SAP family and look forward to her leadership and expertise in this key region.”

McBride’s LinkedIn page hasn’t been updated yet, but you can check it out here.
