LeapXpert reveals Maxen, a GenAI app to boost client communication

Thu, 21st Mar 2024

LeapXpert, a specialist in responsible business communication, has announced the launch of Maxen, their new GenAI application developed to amplify the productivity of relationship managers and elevate the quality of client communications. This announcement took place in New York on March 18, 2024.

According to the company, Maxen enriches Communications Intelligence by merging data from a broad range of channels such as external communications that utilise WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS and phone calls, as well as internal collaboration channels like Slack and Microsoft Teams, client data, and enterprise knowledge. This functionality revolutionises interactions with clients by granting relationship managers, including account managers and financial advisors, direct access to live insights of recent exchanges and effective recommendations for impactful message topics and content.

The application's features extend to collaborative insights, which include the facilitation of commentary and sharing across enterprise teams. Furthermore, enduring a commitment to a high standard of information veracity, as well as conformity to governance and compliance needs, Maxen meticulously checks and controls the data.

Generative AI (GenAI) potentially holds immense economic influence. McKinsey & Company projects that it can add the equivalent of $2.6 trillion to $4.4 trillion each year in value across global industries, spread over 63 use cases the organization has considered. Among these, the banking industry appears to be the most promising with an annual potential of $200-$340 billion derived from increased productivity.

Maxen has been introduced as an optional module for The LeapXpert Communications Platform, an acclaimed Digital Communications Governance (DCG) platform. This platform facilitates compliant, secure, and governed communication on various consumer messaging applications and voice channels between clients and employees.

Founder and CEO of LeapXpert, Dima Gutzeit, expressed his optimism about the new product, stating, "Our launch of Maxen is the next natural step in our product management strategy as our application of Generative AI will empower our customers to get so much more out of their client interactions and boost productivity. We are already experiencing impressive demand for Maxen and have strong expectations it will unlock significant new possibilities for productive client engagement and communication."

LeapXpert plans to officially unveil Maxen on March 25, at 4pm on the Sun D stage at Enterprise Connect 2024 in Orlando. Attendees will have the opportunity to see product demonstrations and sign-ups at Booth 1004. With its headquarters in New York, and offices in London, Tel Aviv, and Asia, LeapXpert is enhancing business communication for hundreds of enterprise customers in more than 45 countries.
