LogicMonitor enhances partner programme for AI adoption

LogicMonitor has announced an enhanced version of its LogicMonitor Partner Program, which aims to assist global partners in adopting artificial intelligence (AI) and transforming data centres. The programme is designed to reflect simplicity, trust, and innovation, signifying LogicMonitor's commitment to its channel ecosystem that contributes to over 80% of its global operations.

The LogicMonitor Partner Program is intended to streamline processes and provide tiered benefits and incentives to partners such as resellers, managed service providers (MSPs), and global systems integrators (GSIs). These enhancements are expected to support partners in driving AI adoption and modernising IT environments.

The revamped program offers a tier-based structure enabling partners to receive benefits aligned with their performance levels, from Bronze to Gold. The new benefits include enhanced sales and marketing support, such as co-branded collateral and demand-generation campaigns, in addition to proposal-based Market Development Funds (MDF). The initiative also includes flexible incentives like competitive upfront discounts, referral fees, and deal protection to support profitable margins.

Additionally, partners gain access to the LogicMonitor Partner Academy, offering comprehensive training and certifications to enhance their technical and sales expertise. A redesigned partner portal will offer tools for deal registration, opportunity tracking, and co-selling, facilitating seamless collaboration with LogicMonitor.

The programme is underpinned by five core values: simplicity, shared success and revenue growth, trust and transparency, commitment to innovation, and strategic collaboration. This ensures mutual success and tangible benefits for partners, providing them with cutting-edge observability solutions to address changing market needs.
