LogicMonitor teams with OpenAI to enhance IT operations

LogicMonitor has announced a strategic collaboration with OpenAI, aiming to revolutionise IT operations and data centre management through advanced AI technologies.

The collaboration focuses on leveraging LogicMonitor's data to develop large language models specifically for IT operations, enhancing the company's platform with OpenAI's technologies.

The goal is to transform how enterprises manage their IT environments, ensuring they are prepared for future challenges through increased insights, automation, and operational resilience.

OpenAI is providing its advanced reasoning technologies to enhance LogicMonitor's platform. LogicMonitor's AI solution, Edwin AI, aims to modernise IT operations with the integration of OpenAI's reasoning models.
