Waikato technology group NetValue has added to its array of IT companies, acquiring web design and search optimisation company DigiCreative.

The Hamilton-based company will become part of NetValue's expanding team, which has grown to over 40 since its inception seven years ago.

Other brands under the NetValue umbrella include website development and hosting firms InterSpeed and Sites Online, online marketing firm WebSpring, and accounting and payroll software specialists Key Software.

Mike Leaver, general manager of NetValue, says the group is actively looking to acquire other successful companies in the IT sector.

"We are keen to hear from business owners interested in exploring possibilities with us," Leaver says.
